NSU will only provide unique codes under a scratch patch on a label and authenticate the same through a SMS-based process – For various reputed brands owners. NSU will not be responsible for use / misuse / reuse of the product being sold by the brand owner in terms of quality of product, quality standards being maintained by brand owners as part of their product manufacturing process.

Brand owner shall provide the text with a maximum of 160 characters for the response to the first time user of the code, the subsequent user of the same code and for the sender of the incorrect code. NSU shall assist the brand owner for the same.

Brand owner shall provide the assurance & takes responsibility about quality, manufacturing process & its standards laid by laws of the land.

NSU will only authenticate the covert code on the original, genuine, un-tampered product released by the brand-owner.

Brand owner reserves the right to activate, deactivate and re-activate the covert codes being supplied by NSU. The brand owner will need to communicate the same to NSU in writing at least 3 working days prior to exercising the right.

The shelf life of codes issued and the responses shall be defined by the brand owner.

NSU is not responsible for any misuse or abuse of supplied labels once these have been confirmed by the brand owner for code activation.

NSU will provide the data relating to all “Not ok “ / negative responses released after invoking the covert code, to the Brand Owner. The Brand Owner shall be responsible to undertake whatever action they deem appropriate to address such responses.

The SMS response to the covert code shall conform to industry standards and the quality of service standards as laid down by the Telecom Department of India.

NSU will not be responsible for any incorrect information sent by the user of the code. The brand owner shall be responsible for providing any support to the customer who requires the same. The customer support areas include, but not limited to, assisting the customer to scratch the patch, send the SMS, and understand the response. However, if necessary, NSU can undertake the same at a separate charge.
